How we operate

• After initial contact by email or telephone we either set up a meeting with the client or we discuss needs over the telephone.
• ADCL draw up a project plan with regard to time and work and a potential finish date.
• This is sent to the client in the form of a proposal. If the client is happy with it, they will sign it and return it to ADCL whereupon we will commence work on the project. If the client is not 100% happy with it, it will be amended and worked on by ADCL until the client is satisfied.
• A 50% fee of the total cost of the project is required by ADCL at this stage, the balance to be paid on completion.
• The project will be hosted in a development environment on a virtual server so that the client can view any progress made in real time. The client is perfectly positioned to make any comments with regards to the development work.
• If the client would like to use our search engine optimisation offer, then ADCL will provide the necessary development work at this stage.
• Once completed and both parties are happy, the work will be moved to a live environment.
• If the client requires any further site updates or development work at a later date, then ADCL are very willing to assist.
